How It Works:
Once you subscribe to the Voicemail to Text service, the first time you receive a new voicemail, the voicemail will also be sent to your device in the form of a text message:
- You are busy and unable to take a call from a friend or colleague. The caller leaves you a message
- The message is converted to Text
- You receive your voicemail as a text message on your mobile device
You can easily respond to and/or forward the message via text messaging.
*Subscription to Message Centre or Message Centre Express is required in order to subscribe to this service.
The addition of Voicemail to Text may result in changes to your Message Centre voicemail service.
